1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LynkItUp application and its related services, provided by Sanitmat Global Tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

LynkItUp is an AI-powered intelligence application designed to help users capture, organize, and categorize internet links. The service uses artificial intelligence to generate metadata, categories, and summaries for the content you save.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

You must register for an account to use LynkItUp. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Store or distribute any illegal content.
  • Engage in spam or automated scraping via LynkItUp infrastructure.
  • Share others' private content without their explicit permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

5. AI-generated Content Disclaimer

LynkItUp uses AI to analyze links. AI summaries, tags, and topics may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or missing context. Users should verify important information independently. LynkItUp is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated summaries.

6. Intellectual Property

Your data is yours. The content you save to LynkItUp remains your property. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the service. LynkItUp, the brand, and original UI/UX remain the exclusive property of Sanitmat Global Tech.

7. Co-spaces & Shared Content

Users may create shared spaces ("Co-spaces") to collaborate with others. You are responsible for the conduct of the members within the spaces you administer, and you must ensure that shared links comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sanitmat Global Tech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the jurisdiction establishing Sanitmat Global Tech, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
