1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LynkItUp application and its related services, provided by Sanitmat Global Tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

LynkItUp is an AI-powered intelligence application designed to help users capture, organize, and categorize internet links. The service uses artificial intelligence to generate metadata, categories, and summaries for the content you save.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

You must register for an account to use LynkItUp. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

By using LynkItUp you agree NOT to save, share, or distribute links to content that:

4.1 Adult and Explicit Content

Contains pornography, sexually explicit material, nudity, or adult content of any kind. LynkItUp is a general audience platform accessible to users of all ages. Any attempt to save links to adult content will be automatically blocked and may result in immediate account suspension without warning.

4.2 Harmful and Illegal Content

Promotes, glorifies, or facilitates illegal activities including but not limited to: drug trafficking, weapons sales, human trafficking, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

4.3 Malware and Phishing

Links to websites containing malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, phishing schemes, or any software designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to computer systems. All links are automatically scanned against Google Safe Browsing before saving.

4.4 Hate Speech and Harassment

Promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or any other characteristic. Content that harasses, bullies, or threatens specific individuals is strictly prohibited.

4.5 Violent and Graphic Content

Contains graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies self-harm, suicide, or harm to others.

4.6 Spam and Misleading Content

Deliberately misleading, deceptive, or spam content including misinformation, fake news, or content designed to manipulate or deceive users.

4.7 Privacy Violations

Contains personal information of individuals without their consent, including private images, personal data, or content that violates anyone's right to privacy.

4.8 Intellectual Property Violations

Links to content that infringes on copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

4.9 Content Targeting Minors

Any content that exploits, sexualises, or harms minors in any way. Such violations will be reported to relevant authorities without notice.

Enforcement

Sanitmat Global Tech reserves the right to remove any content that violates these policies without prior notice. Accounts found repeatedly violating these policies will be permanently suspended. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies when required by law.

Reporting

If you encounter a link in a shared Co-Space that violates these policies, please use the report button on the link card. Reports are reviewed by our team within 48 hours. You can also email: hello@lynkitup.com

5. AI-generated Content Disclaimer

LynkItUp uses AI to analyze links. AI summaries, tags, and topics may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or missing context. Users should verify important information independently. LynkItUp is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated summaries.

6. Intellectual Property

Your data is yours. The content you save to LynkItUp remains your property. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the service. LynkItUp, the brand, and original UI/UX remain the exclusive property of Sanitmat Global Tech.

7. Co-spaces & Shared Content

Users may create shared spaces ("Co-spaces") to collaborate with others. You are responsible for the conduct of the members within the spaces you administer, and you must ensure that shared links comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sanitmat Global Tech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the jurisdiction establishing Sanitmat Global Tech, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
